I have an amazing Mom, and I feel so lucky to have had Dr. Jane Wright-Hayes, raise me and my brother.  While we were growing up in San Francisco in the 80’s and 90’s, times before cell phones, she was a single mom raising two kiddos, and then pursuing her graduate degrees, while I was in college too, all while continuing to run the Department of Post Graduate Studies at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry for 30 years… and then some…  I feel like I should write a book about her.   

Maybe I will someday.  She is THAT brilliant, elegant, hilarious, loving, supportive and inspiring woman.  Thank you, Mom, for teaching me how to be a badass.
