Scope of Work
This is an estimated description of our audiobook production and publishing process, and its estimated costs.

Our Process:
Our Basic Rates
"Do Everything for Me" Deal:
$5000 Upfront booking/production fee +
$500 per finished hour, and
rights holder keeps all royalties.
Royalty Share Deal:
$4000 upfront booking/production fee +
$300 per finished hour, with 50% split of royalties of NET
Production Only Deal:
$5000 for Finished audio files delivery, no publishing.
The costs listed above are negotiable, and will ultimately be finalized after consideration of the length of the book, and the use of alternate recording studios and narrators if needed.

- Pre-Production: Planning with the rights holder, budget design, calendaring recording sessions, gathering and creation of all digital assets (non-audio) related to the title, casting of narrator(s), manuscript preparation, narration rehearsals, publishing and distribution preparation.
- Production: Recording the narration (We usually book 4-5 hour recording sessions, and can get through about 100 pages in that time, starting no earlier than 9:00am. The voice is sensitive, and we aim to record the voice when the body is at its strongest, and the brain is the most alert.
- Post Production: Assembly (QC with Pozotron), editing, mixing, & mastering of the raw audio (About 4 hours of raw audio approximately equates to 1 finished hour).
- Publishing: Uploading finished audio files to digital distribution platforms, & copyright registration.
- Marketing: Publicity on social media, as well as through monthly newsletters, and press releases about the release of the title as an audiobook, available for purchase through the ODDUA AUDIO website, as well as over 36 digital distribution channels.
